Mountain West Labs capability with 3 encapsulation machines and other automated lines allows bulk production at very competitive prices compared to any other manufacturer in the vitamin and supplement space.

Very good customer service form beginning to finalizing our custom formulated CBD products. Marc was amazing to work with through the process and gave us several samples to each of our formulations. Product quality tested exactly what we bought with no issues. Our custom formulation took 3 weeks from the time we finalized all 5 products. That’s great in this industry!read more

I tried to contact several companies in order to start my brand. 5 Companies I called. 3 did not answer and no voice mail available. 1 went to a receptionist but proceeded to tell me that the sales person didn't work in house (even though the say they are the Largest CBD manufacturer all over the web and their website). the 5th was Silver Shadow and they answered the phone and I was transferred directly to a rep called Tosh. Tosh was super nice and able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. the emails he sent was very detailed and the ordering processes though a little long shows they want to make sure they get things right. I ordered 5000 units of various products and arrived at my office in 12 days. Definitely recommend Silver Shadow for their customer service, prices and turnaround times.read more
